Experiencing the Culture

Sunday began with two hour service at Franklin Avenue Baptist Church.  What a vibrant God experience here!  They made us feel right at home.  Then we had some tour time and prayer time in the Lower 9th Ward, the site of such devastation and now rebirth.  The evening's ministry was serving dinner at Ozanam Inn, doing our best to serve over 200 men who were homeless.  A very full day!

Praise Reports from March 26th
Ericka: praise God that He is working and already doing great things here.
Carl: Praise God that we started out strong
Logan: Praise God that we were able to bless the people that minister to the homeless every week.
Tamika:  Praise God that we were able to touch lives today.
Kathleen:  Praise God that He is in control
Andrew: Praise God that we were able to serve yesterday
Preston:  Praise God that we are alive.
Heather:  Praise God that I'm feeling better
Jen:  Praise God for Traechelle.
Wes:  Praise God we are off to a fantastic start with the team truly going "all in!"
